Jelson have a dedicated customer care department which provides a high level of service that today’s customer demands.
Our initial contact with the home owner begins with our home introduction during which the customer is given a step by step guide to their new property. This is carried out by our Customer Care Manager and one of his team.
When the customer has moved in, any initial teething problems are co-ordinated through our customer care department at Head Office, with the work carried by our site staff or our Customer Care Team.
Our initial guarantee is for 2 years from date of purchase. We run a planned maintenance service where we invite our customers to complete a form (after 6 months) giving details of any remedial items covered under the NHBC warranty. On receipt of the form our experienced team will carry out the work in a thorough professional manner.
Our service doesn’t end after 6 months, but continues up to 2 years under the Buildmark Warranty.
We have a high standard of customer care and are consistently in the top 5 in the NHBC customer surveys.
