Just 4 miles north of Leicester City Centre, Hallam Fields is located off the A6 Loughborough Road in Birstall. Conceived over the course of many years, Jelson Homes in partnership with Charter Architects and Charnwood Borough Council have created one of the most significant developments in Leicestershire.

Although Hallam Fields will complement and become an integral part of Birstall, a popular and thriving community, the delivery of a highly sustainable development has been a major consideration throughout the design process. Within the Central Hub will be a Local Centre which will include shops and other Community Facilities, this in addition to a new Primary School, Business/Employment Uses, Public Open Spaces and Sports Pitches, will all be within easy walking distance of every property on the site.

The road network has been thoughtfully designed to reduce vehicle speeds and give priority to pedestrians, resulting in a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors. Cycling will be encouraged by the provision of a network of cycle ways which will permeate through the development.
