Here are just some of the things that make a brand new home from Jelson so different.
- Traditional, time-proven brick construction, with excellent standards of insulation.
- Solid internal walls to houses on the ground and first floor which results in greatly improved sound proofing and enables more secure fixing of fittings and fixtures.
- Skimmed and emulsioned plasterboard ceilings to give a superior attractive appearance.
- Each kitchen is measured and built by Jelson's own Joinery Workshop to suit the plot.
- Wardrobes are also constructed in the Joinery Workshop, and in many instances the staircases too. Double glazed windows, French and patio doors are produced by the Company in P.V.C.u.
- Carpets fitted as standard
